The Shape
A tapered directional shape, signature Layback Camber profile, early rising nose & tail profiles combine to keep you afloat in the deepest powder, laying down long laid out turns or tight lines through the trees.
The progressive sidecut, Japanese wood-core & carbon stringers give the board a perfectly balanced flex - powerful enough to hold the fastest, steepest line but not too stiff to feel & flow through low down carves on a perfect groomer.

Friend of Island, Owen Tozer is a multidisciplinary creative professional specializing in design, film, and photography, with a passion for both digital and analog techniques. Notably, Tozer's design work includes creating album covers and event posters where he blends traditional and digital methods. His remastered Volume One line features a captivating fusion of manipulated X-ray images, hand-drawn elements, custom fonts, and graphic symbols representing self-sufficiency and the cycle of life.
