1. SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN
We can ship snowboards and merchandise anywhere in Japan. Enter your Japanese delivery address at checkout. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive, especially if you need it by a specific date.
2. COMING TO JAPAN?
YOUR BOARD CAN BE WAITING FOR YOU
Coming to Japan to ride? Order your ISLAND before your trip and we can ship it directly to your accommodation in Japan. Your board can be waiting for you when you arrive. This is domestic shipping within Japan. There is no need to ship your board overseas first and bring it back to Japan with you.
3. SHIPPING TO YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS
We can ship your order to a hotel, lodge or other accommodations in Japan. When possible, please provide your name, accommodation name, accommodation address, telephone number, reservation name and check-in date. Please confirm that your accommodation can receive and hold a package for you.
4. DON'T HAVE ALL THE DETAILS?
NO PROBLEM AT ALL...
If you don't have the full Japanese address or telephone number for your accommodation, send us the information you have. We can help find the delivery information needed to ship your order.
5. NISEKO AREA DELIVERY
Staying in the Niseko area? We can arrange local delivery or help get your order to your accommodation. Contact us with where you're staying and when you'll arrive.
6. FACTORY SHOWROOM PICKUP
You can order and pay online and collect your order directly from the ISLAND factory showroom. Let us know when you plan to visit so we can have your order ready.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship ISLAND snowboards and merchandise internationally. Cost and delivery time depend on the destination, package size and available shipping services. International orders show a standard flat shipping rate at checkout. If you'd like a quote for your destination before you order, contact us and we'll give you a current estimate. International shipping is subject to carrier availability and the shipping regulations of the destination country.
8. CUSTOMS, TAXES + IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the ISLAND shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. The amount and requirements depend on the destination country.
9. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
International carriers or customs authorities may ask the recipient for additional information or identification before a package can be delivered. Requirements vary by country. Please respond to requests from the carrier or customs authority to avoid delays or the package being returned to Japan.
10. DELIVERY TIMES
Our shop is not aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Boards for younger riders should be bought by a parent or guardian.
