OVERVIEW:
At ISLAND SNOWBOARDS, every snowboard is manufactured in-house at our factory in Hokkaido, Japan. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return, refund, and warranty conditions before placing an order.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the order's processing and fulfillment status. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase whenever possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the circumstances and advise you on the appropriate next steps. Where a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. The 7-day reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
MANUFACTURING WARRANTY:
ISLAND SNOWBOARDS provides a one-year limited manufacturing warranty on its snowboards, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies for one year from the original purchase date. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, and damage resulting from improper care are not covered by the manufacturing warranty. If you believe your snowboard has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your proof of purchase, photographs, and a description of the problem. Warranty claims will be assessed individually. This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
REFUNDS:
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We will notify you when your refund has been processed.
RETURN SHIPPING:
Please contact ISLAND SNOWBOARDS before sending any product back. Where a return is required because of a confirmed defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item supplied by us, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by ISLAND SNOWBOARDS. We will provide return instructions and confirm the appropriate shipping arrangements. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
