Prices:
Shown on each product page, in Japanese yen, including Japanese consumption tax.
Additional charges:
• Shipping: Shipping costs calculated at checkout by destination
• Bank Transfer Fees: are paid by the customer.
• International Orders: any import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.
Payment methods:
• Credit and Debit Cards (processed by Square)
• Bank Transfer
PAYMENT TIMING:
• Card: charged when you place your order.
• Bank Transfer: payment due within 7 days of ordering.
Orders not paid within this time will be cancelled.
Delivery:
• In-stock Items: shipped within 3–5 business days of order (or payment confirmation).
• Made-to-order and Pre-order Items: shipped at the time shown on the product page.
International delivery usually takes around 1–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on destination.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled by email before they are shipped. Made-to-order and custom boards cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Returns & Exchanges:
• Change of Mind: because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering.
• Damaged in transit or wrong item: please email us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item at our cost.
• Manufacturing Defects (warranty): manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. We will review each case and repair or replace the board. Damage caused by negligence or normal wear and tear is not covered.
